Week 2 - Business Models

During this weeks seminar, I created a mission statement surrounding me idea, which allows me to plan my idea in more depth focusing on my market, customer needs, skills and qualities as well as discovering my initial goals; what I want to achieve with my business both now and in the future.

- I established my customer needs, who will invest into my company and how I am going to satisfy my clients. My clients will be influencers on social media such as 'Instagramers' who regularly upload images advertising clothing to their follows, as well as working closely with fashion and lifestyle magazines to create images for featured articles. I believe this idea will work because there is a significant amount of influencers on social media, such as YouTubers and ‘Instagirls’, who will be looking for a professional photographer to help build their blogs and social sites.

- The skills and knowledge of the business will come from myself (the business creator). I will be using my skills and experience in Photography and editing to aid me into creating the most professional images as possible.

- Regarding business goals, I would like to be a beneficial platform towards my clients. Working independently with clients, I will be able to advertise the work I produce to increase reputation and expand my small freelance business into an established photography organisation.
