Week 3 - Values & Target Market

My core values of this business is to deliver a level of work to a client that would surpass and exceed their expectations. I don’t want to produce work that are just basic images presenting a model in some clothing, I want them to be edited to add a theme behind the images and make them stand out from the rest. I want magazines to see confidence in the work I produce wanting to hire me for various contracts.

Values:

Ø Reliability; we want to be a reliable business that companies and clients will be able to put their full trust in us, knowing what we offer as a business will always be completed to the best of our ability, completing work by deadlines and attending meetings promptly.

Ø Inspiration; we want or our clients to be inspired by the work we produce, giving them the want to collaborate with us to provide content for their services.

Ø Creativity; we embrace creativity and work towards the success of our clients.

Ø Integrity; understanding and meeting the clients’ needs is very important to us. We ensure all decisions we make are within the clients’ interest, always keeping our client in mind.

Ø Passion; everything we do as a business is completed with passion. We aim to create marketing campaigns in order to ensure an effective and appropriate promotion of my enterprise.

Strengths and Weaknesses to Note;

+ High demand for freelancers. Freelancers are becoming increasingly popular.

+ Using social media is a huge benefit for ‘With Love’ Photography, to advertise and promote my business.

+ Obtain relevant skills and experience in fashion photography, both on location and within a studio.

- Working alone my be overwhelming and may seem difficult at times.

- Little money to start up the business.

- Learning as I go. Don’t know all the ropes yet, I will have to learn and overcome obstacles in order to succeed. (Trial and Error)

- May be difficult to start gaining clients at first which may feel un-motivating and disappointing.

Demographic

My targeted market are influencers on social media who collaborate with fashion companies to upload images wearing their clothing. A number of influencers, I have seen online, are looking for personal photographers that can aid them in producing content for their pages and online blogs. I will be situated in the Midlands therefore, I offer to collaborate with individuals from Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby etc.
